Legal Advertising Network
First Accident operates as a legal advertising and attorney referral service connecting motor vehicle
accident victims with independent licensed attorneys. We do not provide legal advice or representation.
Scope: All 50 U.S. states + Washington D.C.

User Eligibility
Age & Qualification Requirements
You must be 18 years or older and legally competent to use our services. By submitting information,
you represent that all provided information is accurate and you have authority to provide consent.
Prohibited: False information, multiple submissions

Consent & Permissions
TCPA Express Written Consent
Form submission creates express written consent for First Accident and attorney network to contact
you via phone, text (SMS/MMS), and email using automated technology. See our DNC Policy for opt-out.
Valid Until: Revoked or case resolution

No Attorney Relationship
Independent Contractor Attorneys
No attorney-client relationship forms with First Accident or network attorneys until you sign a
written representation agreement. All attorneys operate as independent contractors responsible
for their own services and outcomes.

No Case Guarantees
Results Vary By Case
We make no guarantees regarding attorney availability, case outcomes, settlement amounts, or
response times. Results depend on case facts, jurisdiction, and attorney performance.

User Responsibilities
Accurate Information Required
You agree to provide complete and accurate information. You are responsible for reviewing and
negotiating all attorney agreements. Monitor your communications and report issues promptly.

Privacy & Data Sharing
Lead Information Distribution
Form data shared with qualified attorney partners in your state. We use TrustedForm and LeadID
for compliance certification. See Privacy Policy for complete data practices.

Termination Rights
Service Access Revocation
First Accident reserves right to suspend or terminate access for violation of terms, fraudulent
activity, or legal requirements. You may stop using services at any time by not submitting forms.
No Refunds: Lead generation services non-refundable

Limitation of Liability
No Liability for Attorney Services
First Accident not liable for attorney services, case outcomes, settlement amounts, or any
damages arising from attorney-client relationships. Our liability limited to direct damages
not exceeding $100.

Governing Law
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms governed by laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration
in Delaware. Class action waiver applies. State bar rules may govern attorney conduct.
